ATTENDING CONVENTION SESSIONS
Live sessions have capacity limits. 
Having a session on your schedule will not save your seat. 
You must log into the session to secure your seat. 
Most live sessions will be recorded and will be available after the convention.
  • Log in using the link in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  • In a session’s description window, click on the yellow button with the ▷ icon that says "Open Zoom", “Open Vimeo”, “Open YouTube”, or “Open Videostream” Click on this button. These links will become visible 10 minutes before the session starts.
  • ALL Pre-Recorded sessions have the same password: 20getca22
  • Can’t see the yellow ▷ button or can’t open the Videostream? You’re either not signed in to Sched or it’s not 10 minutes before the session start time.
  • If a session is full, check back 24 hours later for the recorded link for the same session.
  • All pre-recorded sessions will be available weeks after the convention.
  • PLEASE DO NOT USE the Sched app that you find in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app version of Sched is very limited. Instead, go to https://getca2022.sched.com/ using your smartphone, tablet or computer’s browser.

HAVING TROUBLE JOINING ZOOM FROM A CHROMEBOOK? DO THIS!
  • Download and install the Zoom PWA (Progressive Web App) from Google Play
  • If that doesn’t work, use Zoom through your browser window. When you click on a Zoom link, a browser window will open. Look for the “Having issues with Zoom Client? Join from Your Browser” link at the bottom of the browser window.
  • If you’re still having trouble, contact the help desk.
